Getting to Arran

By train from Glasgow Central to Ardrossan, thence by MV Caledonian Isles (55 mins) to Brodick.  There are crossings from Ardrossan at 0700, 0945, 1230, 1515 and 1800 and returning from Brodick at 0820, 1105, 1350, 1640 and 1920.

There is an additional sailing from Ardrossan at 2030 on Fridays and regular (non-bookable) sailings from Cloanaig (Kintyre) to Lochranza (north Arran).  Details from Caledonian MacBrayne (01294) 463470 or at Brodick (01170) 302166.
